History of Establishment for 南極星（社區服務）Octans (Community Service):

南極星義工隊, originally formed in June 2006, has been dedicated to contributing to society through various initiatives, including post-disaster cleanup, support for large-scale events, and services for youth and the elderly. It has grown to nearly 800 members and received the Best Volunteer Team Award from the Agency for Volunteer Service in 2017. In April 2023, 南極星（社區服務) Octans (Community Service) was officially established, actively engaging in activity curation and community service programs.
